June Home Sale Numbers Lower :-{
Hello All,
Here is a quick update on real estate sales in June here in Brevard County Florida. In June we averaged around 7000 active single family residential homes for sale and 424 home actully closed in June down substantially from the previous month 474 sales. I imagine this is just the summer slump and will improve as we go forward into the summer months. The real news is I did the numbers and it looks like the Brevard real estate market home prices fell an average of around 3% per month in the past 12 months. This of course is not good news to home sellers who are already feeling body slamed by our present economy and the ever increasing gas prices.
On an incouraging note the Fleckinger Team closed 4 homes in the last 30 days. These were not short sale or distressed properties, only sellers who needed to move and did not want to loose any more of their hard earned equity. Give us a call and let us show you our 21 Step Massive Exposure Marketing Plan and how it will save you thousands in lost equity. 321-693-0771
